How do I place an order by phone?You may place an order by phone between 9am-3pm CST Monday thru Friday. We will be able to assist you with placing, shipping, and processing your order. We accept MasterCard or Visa by phone. You may also place an order by phone and pay with check or money order. Once the check clears or the money order is received, we will IMMEDIATELY ship out the item(s).

How do I place an order by email?To place an order by email, search the site for the item(s) you wish to purchase, write it down, and email it. Once we receive the submitted email, we will instantly reply to your inquiry. We also accept MasterCard or Visa via email.

What are the shipping methods?We ship USPS and FedEx Ground. However, exceptions can be made by phone or email. All shipping charges are to be paid by the buyer.
